The Alpacka Raft 2026 lineup information has been coming in steadily, and the changes are significant. Here’s a summary of what’s shifting:
Refuge discontinued from the standard lineup (still available via Custom Lab). Forager now offers multiple seat type options. Colorway updates across the full range. The arrival of a dedicated flatwater model — and an entirely new packraft designed with coastal and open-water use in mind.
A Meaningful Shift in Direction
Alpacka Raft has, until now, evolved primarily around rivers, backcountry, and whitewater. The 2026 lineup feels like a deliberate expansion beyond those territories — into lakes, long-distance flatwater, and the coast. It’s a notable pivot, and one that suggests packrafting as a category is continuing to mature and reach new audiences and applications.
Product pages on the Alpacka Raft site are currently being updated, so detailed specifications for the new hull models will follow as information becomes available. Accessories and select items are already orderable.
A new year. New fields. New ways to move.
